Our Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy
At Aveline Boutique, your happiness with your purchase is our top priority. If an item isn't quite right, we've made the return process straightforward and stress-free. Please review the following guidelines for initiating a return.
NOTE: Delivery Information
Please note that due to our focus on sourcing unique and high-quality items, our standard order processing and delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks from the date of purchase. We believe the wait is worthwhile for the special pieces you'll receive, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we prepare and ship your order with care.
1. Simple Returns Within 30 Days
We gladly accept returns for a refund or exchange within 30 days from your original purchase date. To qualify for a return, the item must meet these simple criteria:
• It must be in its original, pristine condition—unused and unworn—with all original packaging intact.
• Any accompanying items, such as tags, accessories, or paperwork, must be included.
• A valid proof of purchase (like your order number or receipt) is required.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
For the protection of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on the following:
• Merchandise explicitly marked as final sale or clearance items.
• Gift cards or promotional goods.
• Products that show signs of being used, damaged, or altered after they were delivered to you.
3. How to Start a Return
Initiating your return is easy:
1. Get in Touch: Email our support team at avelineboutique63@gmail.com. Please include your order number and a brief description of why you'd like to return the item.
2. Receive Instructions: We'll quickly reply with a Return Authorization and clear steps on how to send your item(s) back.
3. Ship Your Item: You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. For your security, we strongly suggest using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Aveline Boutique cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.
4. Refunds and Exchanges Processed
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be promptly issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the credit to reflect in your account.
• Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, please let us know when you first contact us. We will guide you through the process of selecting and shipping your replacement item.
5. Shipping Costs
• Standard Returns: The cost of shipping the item back to us is the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• Our Error: If you received the wrong item, or if the item arrived damaged or defective, Aveline Boutique will gladly cover all return shipping costs.
6. Received a Damaged or Defective Item?
We thoroughly check all items before shipping, but if your purchase arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at avelineboutique63@gmail.com. Send us photos of the issue, and we will arrange for a swift replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
